In memory of Marco Biagioni (1968-1998), for whom we made a memorial stone in Grez-Neuville France in 2003, I started a collection of photo’s from little and personal memorials. See the MEMORIALS.

For my novel 'De stille stad' (The Silent City) 2006. I went in November 2004 to Tokyo to do a research. I concentrated on everything concerning fish and hostesses. My notes (only in Dutch) from this trip and weblog from those month.

I did an art project in a little town in The Netherlands 'OLDENZAAL', which lead up to 25 columns for the local paper (first one is last in the row. Start in the back when you read). Two years later I came back on request to give a lecture in the library.
All by myself I made the 'making of' of the Dutch film The making of of the Dutch feature 'De Passievrucht'. I used this opportunity to learn a lot about directing a feature and followed mainly the director.
