The last night of the festival in Gøta, a feast that reminds me of the parties of Asterix and Obelix. It’s built right in between the houses, in the heart of the village. All inhabitants are, in one way or another, involved.
I gave an interview to the commercial radio, which has her temporary studio in one of the houses, like all the back stages activities find a place in one of the buildings of this ultra little village.
In the garden of the house where I may stay (there are no hotels or guesthouses here) is a thirty year old oak tree. Although… after all those years the ‘tree’ is almost as tall as the rhubarb and chive next to it, caused by the always severe winds and the maritime climate.
And for the fans, some new chairs from the Faroe Islands.
